- Prevents blocking the admin interface.
- Recommended for large image libraries.
Enable this option for large sites or shared hosting environments.
Force the watermark to be re-generated
Reapplies the watermark even if it has already been added before.
When to use:
- After changing watermark image.
- After adjusting position, size, or transparency.
Use with caution:
This option will regenerate watermark versions again.
Upload Watermark
Upload the image used as your watermark.

- Recommended format: PNG with transparent background.
- The uploaded image will be reused for all watermark operations.
You can preview the watermark before applying it.
Configure Watermark

Position
Select where the watermark appears on the image.
- Nine grid positions are available.
- Positions correspond to corners, edges, and center.
Bottom-right is the most commonly used and least intrusive option.
Transparency
Controls the opacity of the watermark.
- Higher values make the watermark more visible.
- Lower values make it more subtle.
A moderate transparency is usually sufficient. You typically do not need to adjust this unless the watermark is too strong or too faint.
Size
Controls how the watermark is scaled.
- Original β Uses the original dimensions of the uploaded watermark image.
- Scaled automatically adjusts the watermark size based on the image dimensions.
- Custom β Applies a fixed width and height defined manually.
Leave this as Scaled unless you have very specific branding requirements.
Offset X / Offset Y (px)
Adjusts the watermark position horizontally (X) or vertically (Y).
- Useful for avoiding important image content.
- Allows fine-grained alignment.
Only adjust offsets if the default position overlaps important areas of your images.
Apply Rules

Mark New Uploads for Watermarking
Automatically marks newly uploaded images for watermarking.
- Marked images are added to the bulk watermarking queue.
- Allows selective watermarking instead of applying to all images.
Enable this if you want full control over when watermarks are applied.
Apply watermark to specific thumbnail sizes
Select which image sizes should receive a watermark.
This is useful when:
- You only want to watermark larger images.
- You want to avoid watermarking small thumbnails.
Common examples include:
- Responsive images.
- WooCommerce thumbnails.
- Gallery and single product images.
Only change this if you understand how your theme uses image sizes.
